MICHAEL KEROPIAN SCULPTURE
ANATOMY STUDIES
The anatomical sculptures were originally created for the sculpture apprentices at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine in New York City. Plasters were donated to educational institutions in the United States. The plasters shown below are twice the size of life. The Crouching Man is approximately 16 inches tall. The face above was inspired by Michelangelo's David and then flayed. All anatomical studies are available in bronze, bonded bronze and plaster. Click on any photo for better view. Like most of the sculptures on this site, special orders are encouraged as well.
